BARTENDER/BAR BACK APPLICATION FORM

BARTENDERS POSITIONS REQUIRE A CURRENT TABC CERTIFICATE. THIS POSITION ALSO REQUIRES LONG PERIODS OF STANDING, BENDING, REACHING, AND TWISTING IN AN OUTDOOR COVERED ENVIRONMENT. 

BAR BACK POSITIONS REQUIRE LONG PERIODS OF STANDING, WALKING, LIFTING, AND CARRYING OVER 20 LBS IN AN OUTDOOR COVERED ENVIRONMENT.
